Refund policy

All sales on redeemedgacha.com are considered "Final Sale". Due to the nature of "Mystery" products the items cannot be returned. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, any trading cards and products containing any trading cards. All items are 100% authentic. Please purchase carefully.

There will be a 10% fee on any returns or order cancellations, this includes orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Order cancellations must happen before the item is shipped. Once shipped the items are FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS.

We will not refund any shipping costs paid, including shipping costs paid by us, after an item has been shipped.
